We are delighted to welcome Kia Zamparelli to the TG Consulting team as our Operations Executive, where she will be involved in many of our exciting projects, including the delivery of our Assessment Centre Experiences!
Tell us about yourself and why you wanted to join the TG consulting team.
I have a background in working in Student Administration, focusing on exam processing, academic integrity, and course-specific support, along with widening participation, including creating and setting up outreach events and initiatives. I studied for a BA in Dance, which is a continued passion and hobby of mine, and I have worked and performed in some exciting events, such as the Dubai Rugby World 7s.
I wanted to join the TG consulting team as I believe the opportunities, they provide are life-changing, and I am excited to play a role in supporting these initiatives to develop the aspirations of young individuals. TG Consulting is a dynamic and proactive team, and I wanted to join an environment of busy and hard-working individuals, which I believe will inspire and motivate me in my career journey.
What are you most looking forward to about your role?
I am most looking forward to meeting and working with a range of individuals, associates, clients, and students and leading the delivery of our exciting projects and initiatives from the planning and organising stages to the delivery. I am excited to be facilitating the assessment centre experiences in different locations where I can work with students as part of their development, and be a part of their university journey.
