Kia brings a range of experience and knowledge from working in various Higher Education settings, working on programme specific processes in accordance to the student cycle and supporting students from a variety of backgrounds during some challenging and uncertain times. Kia also brings with her experience of working on outreach initiatives and supporting many widening participation students to help overcome some of the barriers they may face and making opportunities accessible to all.
Kia is passionate about creative input, whether that takes form in visual design, movement or implementing new ideas or ways of working to benefit businesses, clients and colleagues.
Kia thrives when she can work in and foster a positive environment, where people feel able to be their full selves and celebrate each of our differences.

Hayley joined TG Consulting in the summer of 2022 and brings over 11 years' experience supporting senior stakeholders within the Fashion, Design, Technology and Education industries, spanning several departments from Marketing, Ethical Trade and Innovation.
Hayley thrives when she works closely alongside authentic and passionate individuals who are working towards making a positive impact.
She builds strong partnerships and creates processes to make the day-to-day running of a business more efficient and seamless.
On a day-to-day basis, Hayley provides Executive Assistant support to Tonia, manages speaking engagements and works across brand partnerships and collaborations.
DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Reggie Nelson is an analyst for an investment management firm in London, a money and business podcast presenter for the BBC and a youth mentor for one of the largest youth networks in the U.K.
His experience involves working with the Cabinet Office as they continue to address ethnic disparities in higher education, and in the workplace. Reggie also advocates for institutions to become more socially mobile by debunking myths associated with people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, and by regularly traveling to academic and corporate institutions to educate and shed light on the matter.
A role model, Reggie will be working with TG Consulting clients as a critical friend to help further break down barriers to employment for students.

Cat has over 10 years’ experience working in Higher Education settings as part of award-winning teams. Her work has provoked large-scale improvements in student experience, student voice and information systems.
Cat is fuelled by her curiosity and translates her understanding of beneficiary needs into feasible strategies for success. She especially enjoys demonstrating and celebrating the impact that organisations, groups, and individuals can have - particularly on those who experience obstacles or barriers in achieving their ambitions.

MARIA ESPOSITO
Maria is passionate about supporting business growth through the development of collaborative and high impact partnerships.
Over the past 23 years, Maria has worked within the hair, beauty and product development industries, growing partnerships with high profile brands and retailers. She has also led on the planning and development of campaigns and videos to represent brands and has been featured in magazines worldwide including Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and windows such as Liberty.
In addition, Maria has extensive experience of working within education, developing and delivering courses, and she is passionate about supporting young people, sharing her expertise and working with the team to innovate. Maria works with a variety of TG Consulting stakeholders to develop and bring to fruition unique partnerships and initiatives.

Lizzie joined TG Consulting under the Kickstart scheme in 2021 and never left!
Now a permanent member of the team, Lizzie is TG Consulting’s Marketing and Communications Manager, bringing her creativity to work across the delivery of our large-scale initiatives, and managing the internal and external marketing and communications strategies.
In September 2021, Lizzie was Kickstarter of the Month for her work on the RE:ACTION 24/7 partnership programme, TG Consulting’s award winning, flagship programme.

Gary is a highly experienced full cycle Recruitment Specialist with over 20 years’ experience, who thrives on sourcing, challenging biases and attracting candidates, to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Gary specialises in - Recruitment, Development Centres, Career Coaching and Outplacement Support services. Gary has significant experience in candidate assessment, both in person and remotely – and has many years of experience managing and participating in large assessment centres for some prestigious clients including the Civil Service, Co-Operative Bank, College of Policing, Greater Manchester Police, and the National Crime Agency amongst others.
Gary works with TG Consulting clients to operationalise large scale assessment centres and ensure quality assurance mechanisms are in place throughout.
