Cat has over 10 years’ experience working in Higher Education settings as part of award-winning teams.  Her work has provoked large-scale improvements in student experience, student voice and information systems.

Cat is fuelled by her curiosity and translates her understanding of beneficiary needs into feasible strategies for success. She especially enjoys demonstrating and celebrating the impact that organisations, groups, and individuals can have - particularly on those who experience obstacles or barriers in achieving their ambitions.

ABI ADAMSON

Often described as the future of D&I thought leaders,
Abi is an inspirational speaker, writer and anti-racism campaigner.

After graduating with a film degree and working for major film studios, Abi realized an imbalance of power and privilege in the workplace and in society. She moved from film into HR and Talent Acquisition where she saw a lot of bad hiring practices and so she started researching more into institutional racism and how that can funnel into the workplace.

She is passionate about inclusion and belonging in the workplace and as a EDI consultant, she delivers workshops on anti-racism, allyship, privilege awareness and more.  Abi will be working with TG Consulting clients  to help increase confidence around the black and ethnic agenda, and empower staff and students to have the conversations, to break down barriers.

Tonia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in higher education strategy, talent development, student engagement, together with an energetic yet diligent work ethic and a talent for quickly gaining a deep understanding of a client’s needs to create bespoke solutions that work.

Tonia excels in delivering results and driving change across the employability and social mobility agenda, student, employer and academic engagement. She has a track record of making a significant contribution as a member of senior management and a trusted business partner across business to deliver strategy.

An engaging and experienced employability and early careers specialist, Louise has had the unique opportunity to work strategically within graduate recruitment and higher education. This enables Louise to provide ‘real world’ proficiency to her delivery, while working collaboratively with university stakeholders, employers and students.

Louise has led on projects to positively impact graduate outcomes and worked to champion embedded employability within the curriculum. Her expertise includes designing and delivering bespoke training programmes and creating innovative on-campus profile raising initiatives with employers. Louise’s specialism has centred on the Science, Engineering, Technology & Mathematics (STEM) subjects and industries.

MONA VADHER

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Mona is an Associate for TG Consulting Ltd and a multi-award winning employability professional, with experience in programme development, project and account management.

Her expertise centres around boosting employability prospects, creating educational programmes and networks, raising aspirations and increasing confidence for young people, from less advantaged backgrounds to succeed.  She has an in-depth knowledge of trends relating to the UK skills agenda, higher education stakeholder engagement and embedding employability in the curriculum. Mona has led teams to share best-practice internationally and has created award-winning initiatives to drive social innovation and social impact.
