Unlike other student awards, we encourage students from under-represented groups and low-socio backgrounds, to really celebrate themselves and the adversities and challenges they have overcome.
A one day event
Which will bring together over 500 of the best and most inspiring student talent from diverse backgrounds. Our aim is to develop the confidence of the student attendees, empowering them to be able to network confidently and understand their strengths, championing themselves in their career.
Involvement in this experience will mean that you really are part of a unique partnership
Your organisation
Will be a partner in this ambition. You will be included in all relevant marketing materials, PR coverage, and award submissions as part of this innovative new project that will change the landscape for DE&I within graduate recruitment.
