We asked Melissa: What are you most looking forward to as a Kickstarter joining TG Consulting?
Melissa says: "As a Kickstarter I am looking forward to joining the team because in my interview I felt that the company culture is friendly and welcoming with exciting challenges and a place I will be able to learn and improve skill set with a growing company, very excited to be apart of this team!"
What made you apply to TG Consulting?
Melissa says: "The reason I applied for this Kickstart job is because I had a look at the website and did some research, I got to know what the company was about and I just loved how it is all about helping young people connect with bigger opportunities. When I left college, if I had the support of a company like TG Consulting it would have helped my confidence in finding a suitable job within a career that would excite me. TG Consulting seems to have found a market where they challenge the way companies recruit while helping graduates build meaningful careers."
