TG Consulting is an independent consultancy that specialises in connecting educators, students and employers. Our ethos is to connect, collaborate and create.
We have students at the core of our delivery and recognise the importance of offering valuable, CV-enriching work experience and creating opportunities. So, we are delighted to be welcoming our newest virtual intern, Jeffrey Arthur, to the ever-growing TG Consulting family.
Jeffrey is a law graduate from the University of Roehampton and has also been recently appointed as one of our Next Gen Consultants! As well as working alongside our team of student consultants, he will be working with TG Consulting on specific projects centred around student engagement.
Paving the path of opportunity
We are a small business that has the student voice feeding through all of our work and services, so we understand just how important it is to provide young people with worthwhile opportunities.
Providing graduate and student opportunities is now more important than ever for the graduate market, with youth unemployment in the UK predicted to rise as high as 640,000 this year, according to The Resolution Foundation.
61% of employers offering placements have already had to cancel their summer schemes, with 39% of graduate employers saying they expect to hire fewer graduates, or none, in the next 12 months, according to a report from The Sutton Trust, a social mobility charity.
TG Consulting Director & Founder, Tonia Galati, is excited to welcome Jeffrey to the ever-growing TG family and said:
“We’re so thrilled to have Jeffrey join TG Consulting during this very exciting time. We are looking forward to Jeffrey bringing his unique ideas and creativity to the exciting projects he will be working on.”
Jeffrey said:
"I am most excited about being able to help firms, businesses and educational institutions achieve diversity & inclusion, whilst working with new people and on a new challenge!"
